The signs were there on Friday. I nipped home to burn a cd with some software the boss had asked if I had…. and the optical drive just inexplicably stopped working, total TLF.  Oh well, with the lunch break running out, a disk went in the other drive, burned succesfully and I was away. When I got home I sat at the computer, begain using it when BEEP!…. the computer restarts.  It then procedes to not boot, at least not in a way with windows and menus and such and a black screen with a blinking cursor was what not quite what I was after.. Went to Camden with a good friend last week for a mooch about. Always enjoy a trip there, mostly for the stall selling the sweet waffles with the chocolate and the cream and the… oh so goooood.
